    Before returning to my hometown and favorite city, El Paso, Texas, I earned my BBA and Masters in Marketing from Texas A&M University and taught in the business school there for two years.  My first roles at the dealership were receptionist, parts and service cashier and sales representative.  I am very excited to take on the role of Studio Director for Mack Massey FIAT and re-introduce the greater El Paso area to the Italian brand, FIAT.
     
    Hobbies: Scrapbooking, playing volleyball, running, watching my sister's Net Force volleyball games (Go Amber!)

    Favorite food: Chicos Tacos (it is an El Paso tradition =) and chocolate chip cookies, yum!

    What does great customer service mean to you? Great customer service is going above and beyond customer expectations; it is treating customers better than you would expect to be treated; it is helping a customer even if it is not part of your job responsibilities.  Great customer service leads to relationships, which leads to even better, more customized service.  That is our goal at Mack Massey!
